As a doctor I rely on all available information to make the best decision for my patients. This is not Communist China or nationalized healthcare the prohibits and inhibits patients and doctors freedom of choice when it comes to taking care of our patients. Patients and Doctors need and deserve every avenue of available information to treat all patients to the best of their ability. Last I checked the CONSTITUTION is still upheld in every court of law!
